Phlebotomy Plus was established in 1991 in Walnut Creek, CA. The school offers Certified Phlebotomy Tech I , Clinical Medical Assistant, and EKG Technician. The school assisted with and supported legislation for licensure of Phlebotomy Technicians in the State of California.
